    The Knitting Bowl

So I'm sure all you football fans out there are super excited about the game today. I know my brother is! I think his blood is actually blue and orange instead of red, he's such a Bears' fan-atic. Me? I'm not too much of a football fan myself. Ok, fine. I have no idea how football is even played. I usually just sit there and pretend I know what's going on, while smiling and nodding and interjecting cheers at the appropriate moment.

But that was before I had knitting to keep me occupied.

hurry up and make me a sweater!

Today? I'm going to knit Ms. Emma a sweater. She's in need of one, and I got some lovely Purple Manos. (I know that Scout will be upset at this, since I teased her about "not buying the purple manos" the other day...)

So what's your goals for the Knitting Bowl? ;)

I'm with you on the knitting. Back in the day when I thought you really had a choice about who you fell in love with; I always said I would marry I guy who hated team sports. Oh well, he has lots of other great qualities to make up for the fact that he likes football.

Adam...you are a nut. But that's okay.....it takes one to know one. I'm working on a hat for myself while watching/listening to the Super Bowl tonight. Living in Northern Indiana, I'll be happy no matter which team wins. Woo Hoo!!!

Watch the super bowl or go to Wolf Creek for 1/2 price lift tickets? Is that a trick question? I think the final score was 10 to 8 (Runs without a wreck to runs with a wreck). It was a great game though :)

How's your family taking the loss? I'm so proud of myself! I worked on my socks, or shall I say sock, during the game and am seeing it turn into something significant. I'm feeling pretty proud right now. Don;t know why but uh, I'm pretty sure this makes me a rather important person.
