I Can’t Get No Relief 15 Apr 07

Another week already? Jeez! School is just eating me alive these past few weeks. But the light is becoming more visible, only 3 more weeks of class! (I try to number the time this way, rather than by homework assignments and finals, because then I might lose my grip on sanity…)

I did manage to eek out some time in the kitchen yesterday to play with yarn, and the results are quite lovely if I say so myself.

I've been a busy boy!

There’s 30 skeins of Yarn Nerd goodness there, and I have a few more in a new yarn that I might dye up this afternoon. Look for a big shop update around Wednesday or Thursday. If you want to be notified of all the details, just open a Yarn Nerd account, and check the box to receive the newsletter. You’ll be the first to know about the shop update before it goes live, so you can get your favorites before they’re gone!

Well I have to scram, since it’s about time to leave for church, but I figured I’d drop in and let you know that yes I’m still here, and yes there is yarn coming soon. Now it just has to hurry up and dry! :)

Glad to hear you’re hanging in there and that the end is in sight!! And I bet the dyeing was relaxing.

Good luck with the last few weeks of school. At least there is light at the end of the tunnel! I’m glad you had a chance to squeeze in some dyeing time; the colors look great!

Schools tearing me up, too. Of course, my horrid procrastination doesn’t help…>_>

That yarn looks soooo yummy! Can’t wait to see how it looks re-skeined.

Hang in there Adam…you only have a few more weeks to go. We are praying for you, and we know you will finish strong! In a few weeks you’ll have all the time you want to dye yarn and knit. Give my grand dogs a hug!

Oooh, so pretty! I didn’t knit when I was doing my ms, but I did paint most of my friend’s house where I was living…sponged, ragged, dragged, subtle, bold. I didn’t freak you out last comment did I??

    Adam,

You don’t have time for this! You need to go convert some more Mac users :)

Looks pretty impressive. I was quite the wiz in Home-Ec myself, but never did much past that other than cooking. I did make some pretty rad looking crochet hot pads!
