The incoherent ramblings of a knitting, yarn dyeing grad student, who also happens to be a guy. You got a problem with that?

That keychain is fantastic. No fair pointing the way to where you got it. I've been studiously avoiding Scout for a while. Wallet...opening...

That keychain is indeed wonderful! I asked Scout if it could be considered a self-defense weapon! I hadn't quite gotten the message that she is SELLING these things. Oooohhh... I was at a funeral yesterday, and the Catholic priest was talking about Mary M on her second visit to the tomb, and how she may not have been quite who we thought she was. The day before, at the wake, he was telling all how my cousin's daughter would make a good priest someday. He was clearly out on a limb for a priest, but entertaining. Even if he called some of us goats (because knowing the Catholic liturgical responses, and not the common one, separated the sheep from the goats!). So since the internet is rather anonymous, and my entire family isn't reading your comments, here's why I re-christianized myself (though I haven't been to church in a couple/few years). Christ visited me, entered me (in the biblical knowing sense) and said "relax and receive me". It was an immediate feeling of being filled with warmth, which freaked me right out (after all, sex with the son of God, or with God?), and I woke up! Being that I live in my head, I have many unanswered questions, but this made me think, well, maybe I can pursue this without knowing the answers. A matter of FAITH not knowledge, you know? And he's visited again, with a departed friend, to wrap me in love and warmth and to know that my friend was with him. OK, enough exposure! I am slow to knit socks, but the yarn you sent is high on my list for next sock projects.

Scout does bad things to my pocketbook too and I don't even live in the same state as her!

That keychain is seriously cute - but dang, I can understand how dangerous living anywhere near Scout would be! ;)

Happy Easter to you too! I miss the sunrise service we used to attend on Easter morning when we lived in ABQ -- it was beautiful and well here, it just doesn't work (too humid and too many mosquitos plus there are no mts for the sun to rise behind ya know?).

Those keychains are awesome. I'm trying desperately to resist. We'll see how that goes...

You think visiting her on the way to the yarn store is bad! I went over there a few times last week to help her with the shop and the temptation to just buy and buy was terrible! I think I am going to start leaving my wallet at home. Happy Easter!
